WHAT DO WE DO FOR HOMES?

What We Provide

RCC is committed to getting the job done with every service we provide.  You can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient and make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way. Below is a break down of our residential cleaning packages. Each package provides detailed information to help our potential customers decide which type of clean is appropriate for their individual home.

For Residential Service, We Offer: Monthly, Weekly, Biweekly, One-time, Vacation rental cleaning, event clean up, and Move Out

CUSTOMIZED CLEANING

This service is a customized clean. It consists of a basic clean up with light detail cleaning.

Included in this service: Kitchens and restrooms would be wiped, disinfected (sanitized), swept and mopped. All 
hard surfaced furniture dusted . All carpeted floors vacuumed and hard floors will be swept and mopped. Restroom and Kitchen refuse
removed from living area to on site dumpster. With the customized clean, you tell us, what you need focused on and we do it. This cleaning is recommended for homes that need attention in certain areas ONLY.
Kitchen cleaning consists of cleaning the sink, cabinet fronts, counter tops, appliance exteriors (range, refrigerator, toaster), interior & exterior of microwave. Kitchen floor swept and mopped.

Restroom cleaning consists of: cleaning the counter, sink assembly, toilet, mirrors, tubs, showers, cabinet fronts and floors and window(s), if applicable.

Add-Ons available with this package at additional costs.

HEAVY DUTY CLEANING

Expert Service

This  service consists of a combination of the top 3 listed, services as well as very deep labor intensive detailed cleaning. This is intended for homes that aren't cleaned regularly and require serious attention in multiple areas.

 

As mentioned above, this service is labor intensive due to the substantial amount of detail cleaning being performed. This makes it very time consuming and is only recommended for residences​​ in serious need of a deep clean. We recommend scheduling this type of service for approximately 6.5 *hours, depending on whether you reside in an apartment or a full house​. 

BASIC CLEANING

This service is the most basic of all. It consists of a basic clean up with no detail cleaning. ​

Included in this service: Kitchens and restrooms will be wiped, disinfected (sanitized), floors swept and mopped. All hard surfaced furniture dusted . All carpeted floors vacuumed and hard floors will be swept and mopped.​ Restroom and kitchen refuse

removed from living area to on site dumpster. This clean is recommended for homes that have mostly maintained cleaning.

ITEMIZED CLEANING

Always Prepared

We now offer an all Add-Ons package! This package is just what it says it is. It consists of all of the tasks that are listed on the Extra/Add-Ons section.

MODERATE  CLEANING

This service is similar to the Basic service in that it consists of a basic clean up, only with some light detail cleaning.

Included In This service: Kitchens and restrooms would be wiped, disinfected (sanitized), swept and mopped. All hard surfaced furniture dusted . All carpeted floors vacuumed and hard floors will be swept and mopped.​ Restroom and kitchen refuse removed from living area to on site dumpster, as well as removing cob webs, wiping windows and sills, cleaning switch plates, vent covers, ceiling fans and wiping down baseboards. This clean is intended for clean homes needing a LIGHT detail clean.

ALTERNATING SEQUENCE DUTIES

Below is a complete list of alternate duties. These duties are performed on an alternate sequence and always complement regular routine services.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

Lansing and suburbs, Jackson, Detroit and suburbs,  (Excludes the city of NOVI), Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids and suburbs, Mt. Pleasant (rural towns), St. Johns. If you don't see your area listed, please Email for to find out if we can service you.  Currently we serve most major cities and their surrounding suburbs and rural  areas.

CAN MY CHILDREN AND PETS BE PRESENT DURING SERVICE?

For safety purposes, if possible, always keep children and pets attended to during your service, as chemicals of some sort are always used and floors may be unsafe during cleaning. Regardless, of how gentle many of our products are, they could still pose harmful if ingested.

ARE YOU BONDED AND OR INSURED? HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN MY HOME?

While we understand some may have concerns or issues about who will be coming into their home. Depending on the amount of work to be completed, there will be 1-3 persons performing the work. Please keep in mind that we are bonded and insured and work to build trusting associations with each of our clients.

CAN YOU USE MY PRODUCTS INSTEAD?

If there are any cleaning solutions which you prefer used, it's always a good idea to mention upon scheduling. This is very helpful for us if we are aware of your individual preferences.


However, we provide our own products as they have consistently proven their effectiveness. While we will use products provided by the customer, we can not guarantee their results. 

WHO PROVIDES THE CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT? DO YOU ALL? OR DO I?

We provide all of the cleaning products and hand tools such as brushes, scrapers, pads, and dusters. You provide all floor cleaning equipment, rags, stools and high dusters. The only time we provide ALL supplies and equipment is for a Move In/Out, Special Event, Or Seasonal Vacation/Rental home clean is done.

I'M PAYING YOU TO DO IT MY WAY. CAN I OVERSEE THE SERVICE DURING EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS?

To ensure that we are able to provide exemplary service to you, it's best not to interfere with the cleaning process when possible. This ensures concentration toward service and the best results possible. However, ALWAYS feel free to ask questions should they arise.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO JUST HAVE MY HOME MAINTAINED ON A ROUTINE SCHEDULE?

Scheduled maintenance is available. If needed we will 
service your home: Monthly, Weekly, Bi-weekly or Once.

SHOULD I PREPARE MY HOME BEFORE A VISIT?

It's always a good idea to remove all personal items from surfaces or any areas that are to be cleaned. This would include toiletries, jewelry, and clothing. While it isn't required, we definitely find it helpful and it saves lots of time and helps you save, as well.

CAN I NEGOTIATE A PRICE I CAN AFFORD?

We realize in today's economy that we should be conscious of how much we are spending, however, we have priced our services accordingly to include labor, travel expense and supplies and associated overhead. Unfortunately, our prices are non-negotiable, as we strive to provide our customers with high quality service at reasonable rates that stay competitive with the current market.

WHICH DUTIES DON'T YOU PROVIDE?

Often we get questions regarding what we do and do not provide. Below is a small list of what service we do not currently provide:

-Garage cleaning

-Exterior window cleaning

-Organizing / laundry washing

-Packing/Unpacking

-Exterior work of any kind

-Upholstery and carpet shampooing

-Chimney sweeping

-Meal prep/cooking

-Ironing

-Running errands

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE?

The answer to this question largely depends on the home, how its used, how many inhabitants are present during service, how much work is required.  Duration times listed  with each package are minimum estimated duration times, as each above mentioned factor can determine the time to service completion.

 

Always keep in mind that it takes some time to provide a perfect satisfactory service. While we try not to colonize your day, we believe in taking the time to give you the best service possible, so your patience is always helpful and appreciated.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SERVICES?

There is no one set same price for all homes. The cost largely depends on the size of the home, how its used and which packages and extra duties are ordered. We have set our prices at an hourly rate range of $30hrly-$35hrly. We do require a 3hr minimum. Rates are subject to increase depending on various factors.
